Jason Chyr

Jason, who originally grew up in the Utica area is a graduate of SUNY Cortland where Jason was also a four year member of the varsity Baseball team which included a national runner up finish in the 2005 college world series. Jason holds a B.S. in Physical Education and is a certified personal fitness trainer. Jason Resided in Rochester, New York for the past twelve years working in many different facets of the fitness industry from education, administration, business ownership, and public and private personal training. Jason’s most recent fitness position was held as a fitness trainer at the highly recognized Midtown Athletic Club in Rochester, New York.

Jason is now accepting clients for individual and group personal training sessions. Jason specializes in weight loss, sport conditioning, and exercise variation to prevent boredom and create new challenges. Jason has a lot of experience working with an array of populations and is looking forward to using his expertise and implementing them here at Thrive. In his spare time Jason enjoys running, golfing, dining out, and hanging out with his friends.

 

Kim Johnson

Kim Johnson began her career in the Fitness Industry over 9 years ago.  She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with NETA,  the National Exercise & Trainers Association.  With an additional Personal Trainer Certification through WITS, World Instructor Training School. 

Her Group Fitness specialties include, TRX, PIYO, SPINNING, ZUMBA STRONG, P90X, INSANITY, and she is a Level 1 Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach.   Kim continues to develop her education and knowledge of Fitness & Wellness and strives to always bring new and exciting classes to her group fitness participants as well as her Personal Training Clients. 

She has lived with her husband and 2 children in Whitesboro for the past 17 years
